TheSpaceBuilder completes its first independent mission verification
TheSpaceBuilder has reached an important milestone in the development of its mission-driven model, following the completion of its first independent verification by Aupeam.
The verification report confirms that TheSpaceBuilder meets the requirements to refer to itself as a French “société à mission”. It also highlights the strong alignment between the company’s mission, overall strategy and operational positioning as a space venture studio.
Since its creation, TheSpaceBuilder has embedded its purpose and its social and environmental objectives in its bylaws, placing this commitment at the core of its venture studio model.
This first verification covers the period from the company’s creation to 31 December 2025.
Over the period reviewed, TheSpaceBuilder structured its pipeline, assessed 45 opportunities and advanced 3 projects through its stage-gate process, including Deltaforms, the first startup created by the studio.
TheSpaceBuilder has also implemented a set of mission-related management indicators, including 13 indicators specifically dedicated to monitoring the execution of its mission. These indicators cover key dimensions of the studio’s activity, including opportunity selection, pipeline monitoring and the contribution of projects to societal and environmental challenges, as well as sovereignty-related issues.
This first independent verification is part of TheSpaceBuilder’s ongoing effort to strengthen how it manages, monitors and improves the execution of its mission.
